The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in many changes to the employer-employee dynamic, especially in regards to leaves of absence for employees to address family needs. Across Canada, children are starting to go back to school, both virtually and in-person, meaning there may still be the need for employers to accommodate employees needs in relation to their families and the COVID-19 virus.
