McLennan Ross Names Five New Partners

McLennan Ross is pleased to announce we’ve named five new partners, effective January 1, 2022.

Joining the partnership are Marco Baldasaro, Christopher Buchanan, Kathleen Garbutt, Pat Haughian, and Graham Henderson.

Marco Baldasaro - Calgary
Marco is a skilled litigator who represents clients in a wide range of disputes. His diverse practice includes commercial litigation, insurance and risk management, professional discipline, and municipal matters.

Christopher Buchanan - Yellowknife
Based in our Yellowknife office, Christopher represents employers and businesses on matters related to all legal aspects of employer-employee relations, human rights complaints, and collective bargaining. He joined McLennan Ross in 2019, citing our strong Labour & Employment Law Practice Group as the driving force behind his decision to join our team.  

Kathleen Garbutt - Edmonton
An experienced litigator, Kathleen represents and advises clients with respect to construction law, commercial litigation, and occupational health and safety matters. Kathleen has been with McLennan Ross since graduating law school in 2011. She appreciates our ability to provide the support of a large multi-national firm with the feel of a small boutique firm.

Pat Haughian - Edmonton
Pat maintains a broad practice, supporting his clients in corporate and commercial transactions and labour and employment matters. He joined McLennan Ross as an articling student in 2014. Clients rely on Pat for both his business and legal acumen, as well as his timeliness, accuracy, and practicality.

Graham Henderson - Edmonton
Graham is an accomplished litigator who represents clients through all phases of the litigation process. His experience spans a wide variety of industries including construction, commercial, and insurance and risk management. Graham has been with McLennan Ross for eight years, during which time he has established himself as a formidable force in his primary practice area, construction litigation.
