McLennan Ross Is Excited to Welcome Four New Associates to Our Team

We are proud to announce we have welcomed Jason Harley, Ania Konikowski, Jesse Neufeld, and Jacquelyn Smalley to our exceptional group of lawyers.

Jason joins our Labour & Employment Group, bringing additional strength and insight to the largest and most experienced management-side Labour & Employment practice in Alberta and the North. He regularly represents and advises employers with respect to complex disciplinary issues, human rights violations, wrongful dismissal, and professional misconduct in both union and non-union contexts. Jason is particularly skilled in conducting workplace investigations.

Ania maintains an employment law, litigation, and construction law practice. An experienced employment litigator, she excels at safeguarding the rights of employees as well as ensuring proper policies and procedures are in place for our employer-side clients. Ania is already proving to be a valuable asset to our team.

Jesse joins our dynamic Insurance Group. He has considerable experience defending clients in motor vehicle accident claims, including high-speed accidents. His has also defended insurers in claims relating to long term disability and personal injury. We are excited to have Jesse on board, reinforcing our efforts to provide exemplary service to our insurance industry clients.

Jacquelyn focuses her practice on labour and employment matters. She advises private and public sector employers on all aspects of labour and employment law, including employment agreements, employment policies, disability management, workplace investigations, privacy matters, human rights complaints, labour relations issues, and employee discipline and termination. Jacquelyn’s passion for client advocacy makes her a great fit for our client-focused Labour and Employment group.
