McLennan Ross Announces New Partner, Bryan Kwan

Bryan is a valuable resource to businesses and individuals seeking assistance with commercial litigation and immigration issues. He works closely with general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in the construction industry, bringing industry knowledge and practicality their legal and business challenges. He has extensive experience dealing with builders’ liens, delay/impact claims, deficiency claims, floods and fires and collections and has appeared as lead trial counsel before all levels of court in Alberta as well as the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal. Bryan also regularly represents companies in relation to a variety of commercial litigation matters including commercial lease disputes as well as negligence and fraud claims.

Bryan possesses comprehensive expertise in nearly every aspect of Canadian immigration law and is an active member of the Alberta legal community and is currently serving as the Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Immigration Section (Northern Alberta).
