Corporate Commercial Litigator Joins McLennan Ross

McLennan Ross is pleased to welcome Kent Jesse. Kent joins the firm as a partner in the Commercial Litigation and Insurance & Risk Management Practice Groups. 

Kent litigates mainly corporate and commercial disuptes. His cases often involve situations where the ownership of significant assets are at stake, or where the alleged breach of a commercial contract has caused loss. He is regularly asked to represent clients involved in private shareholder disputes.

Kent has considerable experience dealing with disputes related to construction and infrastructure, real estate development, commodities trades, and technology.
