Brian O'Ferrall Appointed Justice of the Court of Appeal of Alberta

The Honourable Brian O'Ferrall, formerly a partner with McLennan Ross and a judge of the Provincial Court of Alberta in Calgary, has been appointed a Justice of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), to replace Madam Justice C.D. Hunt, who elected to become a supernumerary judge as of January 2, 2011.
