Pivoting to Change in the New Alberta OHS Code

On December 1, 2021, the new Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act and Code came into force. The changes to the Act had been known for some time, but the changes to the Code had only recently been published. This was the first major overhaul to the OHS Code in a decade and some of the changes were more than technical.
