A skilled and transparent communicator, Matthew strives to set every client at ease with honest and direct legal advice.
His practice is primarily focused on employment litigation and human rights defence. Matthew assists medium to large-sized corporations with matters such as wrongful dismissal claims, employment standards, and human rights complaints.
Matthew uses his strong research skills to prepare employment agreements, termination packages, as well as drafting and assessing employer policies.
He obtained a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law of the University of Calgary in 2020. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Matthew worked in the textile and office solutions industry in management and sales, respectively.
