Mac is a pragmatic and conscientious lawyer, who prioritizes client needs and offers solutions that align with their business goals.
His practice includes all aspects of labour and employment with a special interest in wrongful dismissals, human rights, workplace investigations, and labour relations. He also routinely acts for police officers facing disciplinary and criminal proceedings.
Mac has experience advising employers on human rights complaints and employment-related litigation. Mac also assists employers in drafting and reviewing various workplace agreements and policies.
In the courtroom, Mac has assisted on matters before the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal, Alberta Labour Board, Court of King’s Bench, and appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice.
