Keshav takes a proactive approach to addressing his clients' legal matters.
His primary objectives are to be an unwavering yet strategic advocate, considerate of both the legal and economic issues at play, and forever mindful in respect of achieving a just result.
Keshav’s principal area of practice is labour and employment. He regularly advises clients on various labour, employment, and human rights-related issues including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissals, employment contract disputes, collective bargaining, and disciplinary matters.
With a balanced practice of representing both employers and employees, Keshav also conducts thorough workplace investigations. He recognizes that successfully resolving workplace disputes often involves effective communication, practical solutions, and productive negotiation.
An engaged community member, Keshav volunteers his time at the Pro Bono Alberta’s Civil Claims Duty Counsel, the University of Alberta’s Student Legal Services, the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation Youth Action Committee, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and the University of Alberta Hospital.
