Bio
Darian is a compassionate lawyer who leads with kindness in his practice. As a steadfast advocate, he approaches matters with empathy, understanding both his clients’ objectives and those of the opposing side. This perspective often leads to more efficient and constructive resolutions.
Practicing in corporate commercial law, Darian has represented small and mid-sized corporations across various legal matters. His experience spans reviewing and drafting leasing agreements, sales and acquisitions, mineral leasing, municipal bylaw and zoning regulations, share transfers, reviewing and drafting contracts, estate planning, and general business needs.
With a focus on collaboration, he integrates both legal and non-legal considerations to effectively guide clients towards achieving practical and attainable outcomes.
Prior to completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta, Darian earned a Bachelor of Management with a major in economics from the University of Alberta, Augustana Campus. While attending the University of Alberta, Augustana Campus, Darian competed on the Augustana Vikings Men’s Basketball collegiate team for five years and was the captain for four of those years. He regularly visits Camrose and the Beaver County area and is currently the President of the Vikings Men’s Basketball Alumni Association.
