As Director of Business Development and Marketing at McLennan Ross, Caz oversees all business development, communications, and marketing operations in support of the firm's strategic growth plan.
Caz applies her nearly two decades of experience in business development, marketing, and communications to collaborate with the firm’s leadership on executing firmwide initiatives to promote innovation, exemplary client service, and brand awareness. She focuses on cultivating productive relationships with clients, direct reports, colleagues, senior management, vendors, and suppliers.
In addition to her passion for client service and growing the firm, she is a collaborative leader and prides herself in her spectacular work ethic. She is particularly enthusiastic about contributing to the McLennan Ross culture whilst proactively motivating, coaching, and supporting her team.
Prior to her current role, Caz worked in the legal industry, building her skills in strategic business development and marketing, and notably devising effective processes and policies. She has worked in various industries including professional services, the tech industry, and government.
Caz received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Applied Ethics from the University of Calgary and she holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Southern Queensland. She is an engaged community member and a former board member of JazzYYC.
