Samantha’s practice focuses on employer-side labour and employment law. She advises private and public sector employers on a variety of issues concerning labour relations, employment, collective bargaining, and employment policies and procedures. Additionally, she has represented both unionized and non-unionized employers in different matters of labour and employment adjudication, including labour arbitrations and human rights applications.
