Michelle is a student-at-law in the McLennan Ross Calgary office.
Prior to completing her Juris Doctor at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law in 2020, Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Victoria.
Throughout law school, Michelle was actively involved with Student Legal Services of Calgary. In her capacity as Caseworker, she conducted client intake interviews and provided clients with legal services and representation. She was also involved with the Queen’s Bench Amicus Court Program where she offered legal information including court processes and procedures to clients prior to meeting with their appointed lawyer and referred clients to other applicable legal resources after their consultation.
Michelle’s professional experience includes work as a Legal Research Assistant for the University of Calgary, Faculty of Law where her responsibilities included drafting research memos and portions of a summary report with key findings.
Outside of law, Michelle enjoys playing squash and skiing as well as Canadian modern art.
