Erina focuses her practice on commercial litigation and insurance defence. She has helped clients resolve significant insurance coverage disputes through negotiation and litigation. She has been involved in drafting mediation briefs and attending subsequent mediations, culminating in successful settlements. Erina has represented clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters in industries such as construction and energy.
A skilled verbal and written communicator, Erina has experience appearing in morning chambers, participating in hearings, and writing memoranda on a diversity of topics. Additionally, Erina has drafted countless pleadings and made applications for civil litigation matters in provincial court as well as the King's Bench of Alberta.
