Erin practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Insurance & Risk Management and Employment law. 

In her commercial litigation practice, Erin advises and represents parties on various complex and challenging matters, including oil and gas, construction, product liability, professional liability and real estate disputes. Erin also acts in a wide range of general litigation matters and her unique experience includes alleged breaches of trust and fiduciary duty and estate litigation claims.

Erin's insurance defence and other representative work includes claims involving serious personal injuries, property losses, minors’ property and settlement matters and advising on coverage issues related to automobile and commercial general liability policies and directors’ and officers’ liability. Erin also advises on wrongful dismissal, human rights, employment standards, workers' compensation, and other various employment matters, including the drafting, implementation and modification of employment policies and contracts.

Erin has experience in all aspects of litigation, including dispute resolution processes. Erin has appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench. She has also appeared before administrative tribunals in British Columbia and Alberta, including the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal and the Appeals Commission of the Workers’ Compensation Board.
