Claudia Sanchez

Claudia is a practical problem-solver who is passionate about finding insightful solutions to her clients’ matters. Her strategic and creative mindset allows her to successfully navigate complicated legal challenges.

Claudia practices in the areas of Corporate Commercial and Wills and Estates law. She earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta and graduated with distinction from the Legal Assistant Program at Grant MacEwan University. She previously earned a Bachelor of Communication and Public Relations from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara in Romania.

Claudia’s professional experience includes several years as a Corporate Paralegal at McLennan Ross. In her capacity as Corporate Paralegal, she assisted lawyers in the preparation of documentation for incorporations, amendments, restatements, continuances, extra-provincial registrations, amalgamations and dissolutions of corporations, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and/or unlimited liability corporations. She also has experience as a Tax Paralegal, working with lawyers to prepare all documents required to form corporations (both business and not-for-profit corporations), partnerships, limited liability partnerships and unlimited liability corporations.

An engaged community member, Claudia’s previous volunteer experience includes working with organizations such as Hope Mission, Catholic Social Services of Alberta, and Edmonton Immigrant Services Association.

Claudia is fluent in Romanian.
