Chris is a student-at-law in the McLennan Ross Calgary office.
Chris received an Honors Degree in Philosophy from the University of Saskatchewan before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Calgary in 2018.
During law school, Chris was actively engaged in Pro Bono Students Canada where he worked on Family Law Projects and was the first Family Law Project Coordinator for Pro Bono Students Canada Calgary Chapter. In this role, Chris organized family law projects that assisted self-represented litigants with various family law matters.
Chris also volunteered with Student Legal Assistance during law school, where he handled various criminal, family, employment and landlord-tenant files. He has appeared at Provincial Court for criminal sentencing hearings, criminal law trials, and a family law trial. He is still active with the organization as an evening advising lawyer.
When he isn’t in the office, Chris can be found rock climbing, travelling and reading.
