She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and reorganization, share sales, commercial real estate, commercial leases, and contract drafting and reviewing for product and service agreements. Additionally, she delivers strategic and tailored solutions to businesses that are just getting started, are looking to expand, or are already well-established.
In the area of Human Rights Law, she regularly provides strategic responses for companies insured against human rights claims. She also has ample experience with condominium law, drafting and reviewing By-laws.
Broynn is known for her exceptional drafting skills and creative problem solving. Clients regularly turn to her for corporate-side employment matters including the review and drafting of employment and contractor agreements and policies.
Fertility and Surrogacy Law is also an area of interest for Broynn. Fertility and surrogacy services continue to evolve, creating relatively new legal issues.
