As a practitioner of management-side labour and employment law, Allie uses a logical and efficient approach to find the best resolution to any problem or dispute.  She advises employer on numerous issues from wrongful dismissals and terminations to human rights and privacy matters. Allie has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal. She has also assisted clients with responding to administrative proceedings under the Canada Labour Code, the Canadian Industrial Relations Board, Employment Standards, and Employment and Social Development Canada.

Allie offers a breadth of legal experience in the areas of labour and employment and civil litigation, including builders’ liens and enforcement. She regularly provides advice on every day workplace issues including discipline, disability issues, dismissals, terminations employment standards complaints, privacy matters, workplace investigations, and workplace accommodation. Allie also assists in drafting employment agreements and workplace policies providing advice on drafting, implementation and application. 

Allie primarily works with a wide range of employers including those in federally regulated industries. Clients can place confidence in Allie’s focus on finding prudent, efficient and strategic resolutions to problems.
