Alison's practice includes representing employers in labour arbitration, wrongful dismissal litigation, human rights complaints, workers’ compensation matters, fiduciary litigation, and employment standards claims. Alison also assists employers with employee discipline, accommodation, workplace investigations, and drafting employment contracts and policies.
Cynthia primarily practices in insurance defence litigation but she also represents clients in matters relating to personal injury, property damage, and criminal and professional malpractice matters. She holds an undergraduate degree in human biology and a Masters degree in neuroscience and uses this experience to decipher medical reports and apply her knowledge to matters involving personal injury.
Tara has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta and in the Federal Court of Canada and her broad practice includes defending advisors in claims such as breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and negligence, representing clients in the areas of commercial general liability risk insurance, directors’ and officers’ liability, fiduciary liability and professional negligence, and representing corporations and individuals across various industries in negligence and breach of contract litigation as well as product liability actions.
