Previous recipients of the award are a distinguished collection of leaders in the field of labour law from across Canada: Harry Arthurs, Pierre Verge, Paul Weiler, Roy Heenan, Mel Myers, Warren Winkler, Innis Christie, and Justice Rosalie Abella.
